Semi-mature Pecorino Maremmano "Il Naturale" is a traditional
cheese from the Maremma, made with pasteurized sheep's milk and
available all year round. This pecorino combines the strong flavor
of tradition with a delicacy that makes it versatile and ideal for
many occasions. The thin amber-colored rind and the soft and
compact paste, of a slightly straw-colored white, contain a
balanced and multifaceted flavor, evoking the Maremma pastures. The
semi-mature period adds a pleasant and creamy consistency, perfect
for those who prefer persistent but not too intense flavors.
