Pecorino Fresco al Tartufo is a cheese with an unmistakable flavour, born from the union of pasteurised sheep's milk and the enveloping scent of summer truffle. The short maturation, of fifteen to twenty days, preserves the freshness and creaminess of the cheese, maximising the intensity of the truffle. It is an ideal product for those who want a fresh cheese but rich in character, with a perfect balance between the sweetness of the pecorino and the strong aroma of the truffle.
