Product introduction
Agarose is the neutral, uncharged component of AGAR, consisting of long chains alternately linked by 1, *-linked β-D-galactose and 1, *-linked 3, *-inner ether-l-galactose. agar is a polysaccharide, mainly composed of agarose (about *0%) and agaropectin. Agarose is a neutral substance composed of galactose and its derivatives, without charge, while agarose is a strong acidic polysaccharide containing sulfate and carboxylic groups. Because these groups are charged, they can produce strong electroosmosis under the action of electric field, and sulfate can interact with some proteins and affect the electrophoresis speed and separation effect. Therefore, agar-agar is used as a substrate for plate electrophoresis to isolate and identify nucleic acids, such as DNA identification and DNA-restricted endonucrenase mapping.

Low melting point agarose is a modified agarose with unique gelling properties, which hydrates faster than conventional agarose, and users do not need to boil for too long.

Otherwise, it is easy to lead to thick glue, which is not conducive to mixing, and easy to damage after gel (melting point range: ****8 ° C, gel temperature (1.0%) : ****9 ° C). The low melting point agarose gel has better transparency, better molecular sieve properties, higher electrophoretic band clarity and high resolution, and is especially suitable for gel electrophoresis separation and recovery of nucleic acids greater than ***0bp, as well as preparation of media containing heat unstable materials.

Instructions for use
For example, 1×TBE solution is prepared with 1% concentration agarose gel:
1. The volume of the beaker used to prepare the gel should be **4 times the volume of the gel liquid. Slowly add agarose to the buffer, stirring while adding to prevent agarose accumulation. Recording bottle Total body and solution weight.
2. Microwave oven on high heat for *0 seconds and adjust the heating time according to the volume of the prepared solution. The heating time is related to microwave oven, bottle size and agarose concentration.
3. Shake the agarose solution.
4. Heat it again for *0s on high heat, and shake the agarose solution.
5. Put the solution back in the microwave and bring to a boil on high (about ****5s). Agarose gel may boil violently when moving. Use caution to avoid burns. Remove from the microwave and let cool at room temperature for **2 minutes, shaking gently to allow bubbles to escape.
6. Return to microwave, heat on high, let boil for about *5s, observe the dissolved state of agarose, if there are still particles, repeat this step until all crystals Dissolve it all.
7. After the agarose is completely dissolved into liquid, re-weigh the total weight, calculate the amount of evaporated liquid, fill up with water to the original weight, shake the liquid well.
8. It is recommended that the glue is poured when the liquid is cooled to ****5℃, which is conducive to the uniform gel aperture and will not damage the glue machine. Gently shake the agarose solution before gluing to release the remaining bubbles in the gel solution.
9. Pour glue into the glue making tank, the thickness of the general glue is **5mm, and try to eliminate the bubbles between the comb holes or at the bottom after the glue filling.
*0. Place at room temperature (****5min) to fully set the glue.
*1. If different concentrations and volumes of gel are to be prepared, please note: Shake the gel solution at least 2 times before boiling; After boiling, the glue is observed every ****5s check the degree of dissolution of a glue solution (the interval depends on the concentration and volume of the glue).
