The system is supported with complete lines of processing facilities and physical & chemical inspection instruments. ***0 ton hydraulic forging press, *5 ton handling tong and heating & annealing furnaces are settled in the forging workshop. ***2m pit furnaces and **6m box furnaces are installed in the heat-treating workshop. The machining workshop is equipped with ***8m heavy machining lathes, ***3m deep hole drilling & boring machines, ID & OD grinding machines, spiraling machines, threading machines, plano milling machines, CNC machining centre, radial drilling machines, etc. In the laboratory, we have spectrometer, metallurgical microscope, tensile, impact & hardness testing machines, ultrasonic & magnetic defect detectors, etc. Our main products include big forged steel parts, downhole drilling tools like non-magnetic drill collars, heavy weight drill pipes, kellys and stabilizers, various mill rolls, shafts like generator shafts, drive shafts and marine shafts, pipe moulds, retained mandrel bars, hydraulic cylinders, etc. This diversity has forged us into an ideal partner in energy, heavy machinery, mining and metallurgical fields.
