I. Introduction of the **0 m/min High Speed Slitting Line with belt tension

KJS**0 series NC precision slitting production line is for material 3mm thick,max.***0mm width of coil, with speed **0m/min,cutting strips *0 pieces . This line is the best choice for coil procssing center user .The  machine  consists of coil car ,uncoiler ,straightener ,loop â… ,slitting machine,scrap winder, loop â…¡,belt bridlle  ,recoiler ,asisting support ,exit coil car ,hydraulic system ,electrical system and so on. 
The whole line is controlled by PLC with computer display. We mainly apply computer-control system of brands Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Siemens, Baumueller, Delta, and Schneider. The information of order amount, cutting strips and speed can be to the PLC systems. KJS**0 series use belt briddle ,it is higher cost performance for customer with precision surface requirement .
