Polyester Forming wire can be divided into single layer wire, double layer wire, two-and a half layer wire and three-layer wire according to the category.
**-shed double and a half layer polyester forming wire:On the basis of double layer , it use *- shed attached supporting weft as weaving type clinging to paper surface, thus it can increase the retention rate of fiber and filler ,it use thick diameter monofilament as bottom weft clinging to paper machine and use the manner of **-shed as one group longspan double warp press weft ,then it increase the stiffness of the wire and bowed weft of bottom weft and increase contact surface for wire and dewatering clements for paper machine and increae wear resistence for wire and long life time and excellent stability. it is suitable for producing quality cultural paper, such as offset printing paper, copperplate paper, newsprint and cigarette paper series (wrap paper and filter tips paper),toilet paper, tissue paper Also is could be used for producing wrapping paper, medium-high grades kraft paper, cardboard paper. It usually can be used on stacked paper machine as surface wire, lining wire, core wire and bottom wire of the board paper etc. Suitable for medium and high speed paper making machine.
