High Temperature Digital Controller Integration Laboratory Furnace

1200C VINER Industrial Integration Laboratory Furnace is a CE certified high temperature furnace using high quality ceramic fiber board and resistance wire heating elements. The temperature of 1200C Muffle Furnace is controlled by high precision controller with accuracy +/-1 C and 51 segments programmable up to 1200C.

This type of VINER Industrial furnace is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples. It is an ideal box furnace for sintering high purity ceramic material at high temperature without element contamination.

VINER Industrial Integration Laboratory Furnace Features:

1) Three sides resistance wire coil for fast and uniform heating serve as heating element
2) Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient high purity alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
3) Double layer steel case with air cooling to ensure low surface temperature
4) Design of sliding down door is for loading materials easily
5) Furnace chamber: 150x150x150mm (The chamber sizes can be customized)
6) Built in precision digital temperature controller is 51 segments programmable to control heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time. Temperature control unit can be separated from furnace, and make moving at easy.
7) The furnace temperature is controlled by precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1C and 51 segments programmable up to 1200C 

VINER Industrial Integration Laboratory Furnace Specifications:

VINER Industrial 1200C Integration Laboratory Furnace is the most cost effective high temperature muffle furnace made by us. The furnace consists of high quality alumina fiber brick and Ni-Cr wire with special design, and can be used up to 1200 C. It is an ideal tool for materials annealing and sintering in your research laboratory.

3) Observation widow is built in, which can be changed into gas inlet port by optional inlet tube

Temperature Controller PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor with 30 steps programmable.
Thermocouple Type R thermocouple installed for immediate use
