Description

TransStart® Top Green qPCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use qPCR cocktail containing all components, except primers and template. It contains TransStart® TopTaq DNA Polymerase, SYBR Green I, dNTPs, PCR enhancer and stabilizers. qPCR supermix is provided at 2× concentration and can be used at 1× concentration by adding template, primer, passive reference dye (optional) and H2O.

Advantages

• TransStart® Taq DNA Polymerase, a novel “hot start” enzyme with double blocking technique, providing high sensitivity, high specificity and accurate data.

• Double cation (K+, NH4+) buffer enhances the specificity and reduces primer-dimer formation.

• Passive reference dyes are suitable for different qPCR instruments (adjust the difference in each tube due to the error from PCR sample loading).
