Operating
Principle
Two motors drive
rollers of the first and second level in the opposite direction.
When materials comes into the first crushing level from the
distributor. interlaced teeth crush the materials from **0mm to
*0mm and below. Then, materials come into the second crushing level
for further crushing from *0mm to *0mm and below. Rollers teeth are
crossed with each other which can crush materials with effects such
as cutting, splitting, breaking, pulling, etc. Meanwhile, materials
rolled over and over during crushing so that the crusher can find
the most fragile position for crushing. Toothed rolls only crush
materials of bigger size, small size materials that meet the
requirement can discharge direct to avoid over-crushing.
