the function of binding sgRNA and cutting dsDNA in vitro. At NGG of
PAM (protospaceradjacent motif), the target sequence was cut into
three bases. NGG of PAM sequence must be linked to the target and
located on the DNA pair chain complementary to sgRNA. This product
is mainly used for in vitro enzyme cutting experiment of
CRISPR/Cas9 system, CRISPR target screening, synthetic biology,
genome editing, etc.
