The company€™s equipments installed in the factory include *2 big milling machines, *0 medium milling machines with *2 drums, *0 small milling machines with 6 drums, *8 sieving machines. The area of our workshop for micron powders is ***0 square meters. There are **0 presses under our control to synthesize diamond powders. And our factory is equipped with necessary test instruments, including TI and meshes size testers, laser particle sizes analyzer from Malvern. At the moment, Cutall Superabrasives is supplying materials in two categories, xxxxx synthetic diamond and cubic boron nitride (CBN). The synthetic diamond products include grits for resin bond, grits for metal bond and micron powders. The CBN family consists of monocrystals and micron powders. A quality management system matching ISO***1:***0 standard is in progress. We required al our employees to understand the importance of quality and their responsibility for quality control.
