As to the frames and units which need to be qualified for precise and high-speed machinery, we use a large-sized vertical type CNC borer to machine the shaft holes for the gear box under one-time-process in order to assure that the center of each hole is accurate. With a precisely accurate centering, the gear box can perform perfectly at its maximum power transmission and meet the international standard as well.
