sold on a year contract basis, with a minimum purchase requirement
of 2 metric tons (MTs) over a calendar year. Minimum shipments are

*1 MTS - *9 MTS ****- Gross *0% - Net 7%

**0 MTS and above **- Gross *2% - Net 9% ( In single tranche only
