No deformation, and will not be out of round.

Raw material:
1. Forged steel balls: the quality of raw material can directly determine the quality of the balls. Huamin select good quality raw material from big steelworks, the material with steady chemicals, good quality is the base of the good products.
2. Cast balls: Huamin cast balls select good quality ferrochrome as the raw material, and strictly control the alloy elements, especially chrome content.
3. Grinding rods: To ensure the material quality, Huamin develop new type alloy steel material, and sign confidential technical agreement with the big steelworks.

Process:
1. Forged steel balls: Huamin have the most advanced automatic rolling forged grinding balls production line, the production efficiency is improved by 6 time, and the quality is even and steady.
2. Cast balls: After development and research of so many years, Huamin has their own feature of the mould development to ensure the grinding balls quality.
3. Grinding rods: manufactured by independently developed automatic production line, and the hardness is improved after heat treatment, and no breakage, and good abrasive resistance.
 
Heat treatment process:
Huamin devotes the development and research of the heat treatment, and after so many years experience, we have master different heat treatment process according to different material, different size and different customer requirement.
 
Quality Control: Huamin has a high-quality quality control group with excellent equipment and professional talents. We have special quality inspector in every step, from the material recheck to finished products inspection. The hardness test, chemical composition analysis, impact toughness test, dropping test all can be made by specialized equipment, and keep a good record of the inspection result.
