Description
Cellulose thickeners HPMC,MC.HEMC,Cellulose ethers is an odorless
and tasteless white or slightly yellow powder, used cellulose as a
primary source , which can be obtained from wood or cotton.
Cellulose is a water insoluble natural polymer, but after a
chemical process called Etherification, this water-insoluble
cellulose is turned into water-soluble nonionic cellulose ether. It
include MC(Methyl Cellulose ), HPMC (HydroxyPropyl Methyl
Cellulose), HEMC(HydroxyEthyl Methy Cellulose), HEC (Hydroxy Ethyl
Cellulose),EC(Ethyl Cellulose).
As thickening agent, binder , adhesive, plasticizer, water retention
aid ,dispersing agent, lubricant agent,suspending
agent,Emulsifier, protective colloid or stabilizer. It can supply
easy processing, long open time ,good adhesive tensile strength and
so on.
