Description

Regeneration and Pickling equipment
 
We can fabricate equipment forHydrochloricacid, Nitric acid and Chromic acid regeneration and pickling process.
These equipment are made out of Titanium Gr.1, 2 and 7, Tantalum, Zirconium, Hastelloy metals which are extremely corrosion resistance, even under non-aggressive conditions and with excellent thermal conductivity.
 
Equipment that can be fabricated:
 
Heat transfer equipment - Heat Exchangers, Heating / Cooling coils and electric heating systems.
 
Centrifugal Pump and Blower - for pumping the toxic chemicals and gases.
 
Venturies, spray headers, acid inlet lance, diffusers and nozzles - for regeneration.
 
Pipe lines, fittings and fasteners - as accessories.
 
Dosing system- for toxic acids.
