SPECIFICATION
This product is a kind of multifunctional finishing agent, belongs to the common use softener. It is usually used for handle finishing of various fibers, such as cotton, ramie, polyester and blended fabrics, especially for cotton and ramie. The finished fabric feels fluffy, soft, thick, bright and smooth; with minimal influence on the color shade of the fabric, and it is easy to operate.
 
APPLICATION
*  Impregnating/macerating method：1-4%（o.w.f)
* Padding method：10-50g/L; double-dip-double-nip padding (pickup/liquid retention 60-70%) →110℃-130℃ curing → 160℃-190℃ final setting
 
HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT   
It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.
 
Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C- 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.
Shelf life: 6   months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.
Packing: Plastic barrel at 125 kg / barrel
Transportation:Non-dangerous goods
