SPECIFICATION / FUNCTION 
TY-XS**8 can combine catalyst and accelerator of hydrogen peroxide decomposition at low temperature and produce synergistic effect of catalyst and accelerator. Hydrogen peroxide bleaching can also be controlled effectively by reducing the bleaching temperature of hydrogen peroxide to ****0℃, and it is better that the bleaching temperature works with low temperature refining agent. It can be used to bleach cotton and remove cottonseed hulls. The temperature can be reduced when in bleaching, so less steam is consumed, energy can be saved. It can also be used in pre-treatment cold pad-batch process, cold-padding & desizing at low temperature, to meet the requirements of fabric whiteness. After strong washing, the fabric achieves effect purpose. TY-XS**8 can also improve the whiteness of long-device and scouring and bleaching process.
 
APPLICATION
[Applied scope]
1. For the pretreatment of cold padd batch to activate hydrogen peroxide, it is obviously to be seen accelerated whiteness and accelerated bleaching;
2. It is suitable for long-device process and scouring refining enzyme refining process to improve the whiteness.
 
[Use-method]
1、Cold pad batch
Hydrogen peroxide accelerator:****5g/L
Scouring agent at low temperature:  ****0g/L
H2O2（*7.5%）：****0g/L
Caustic soda（**0%）： ****0g/L
 
2、Multiple-dip-multiple-nip padding
（1）****0℃ cold pad patch for ****0 hours,in the slot at the beginning of unwinding 2g/L NaOH, and **5g/L scouring agent, in *8℃***0℃ hot water strong wash **3 times, then wash by using warm water, cold water.
 
（2）Long-device and scouring process:
Hydrogen peroxide accelerator: **8g/L
Scouring agent at low temperature: **6g/L
Aquae hydrogenii dioxidi（*7.5%）：**5g/L
 
HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT   
It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.
 
Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - *5°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than *0% when without use.
Shelf life:      months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.
Packing: Plastic barrel at *0kg, **5 kg / barrel, lined with multiple layer of PE polybag.
