Description

Resin finishing agent is a synthetic resin with polyhydroxymethyl activity, no addition of catalyst, belongs to self-linked resin.It is mainly used for durable finishing of textiles, widely usedforanti-shrinkage, anti-wrinkle, wrinkle and stiff finishing for cotton,ramie, wool, silk and blended chemical fiber fabrics.

Characteristics

1. The fabric treated by thisagent has excellent crease resistance, good washing and wear effect, outstanding elasticity and durable pressing performance, and excellent effect of stiffening.

2.The finished fabric feels plump, straight, thick,without beingyellowed at high temperature.

3. Theagentisgoodatcompatibility and can be used in the same bath with other similaragents/softeners. It can improve the properties of the fabric and give the fabric a smooth feel.

Application

Reference process formula (can be used according to conventional method)

Padding:

Resin             150-250g/L

Protective agent     0-50 g/L

Penetrating agent    1-3 g/L

Room temperature, double-dip-double-padding（liquid retention80%）→ stoving（100℃）→ curing（140℃、30~60S）

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 4~40℃. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life:  6   months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at 140 kg / barrel, lined with double layer of PE polybag.
