 Â Ã‚ Powder-coated aluminum alloy profile means application of powder paint on chromated aluminum alloy profile surface to ensure powder is evenly attached to aluminum alloy surface under electrostatic interaction and form a powder coating; upon baking at a high temperature of more than **0℃, powder is solidified into one layer of *0 micron thick firm and shiny coating, which forms final coating with different effects (due to different types of power upon high-temperature baking, leveling and solidification. The effect of powder coating is to ensure aluminum alloy profile is surfacely flat, smooth and shiny, has strong acid resistance, alkali resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance and is free from  coating pulverization, fade and falling off under the action of long-time strong ultraviolet radiation and acid rain erosion. Under normal conditions, the service life of powder-coated aluminum alloy profile is *0 years. Its surface coating will not be faded, discolored and cracked within ***0 years. Its weather and corrosion resistance are better than those of ordinary aluminum material, with various colors.
