SN 500 is a base oil at the upper end of the specifications. They
are mainly used in lubricant production. It is a Group I base oil
which has undergone solvent refining and de-waxing processes. To
finish the refining it is hydrogen treated to clear impurities.

good oxidation and color stability, high viscosity index, light
color, low volatility and odor, and so on.
