Payment terms and procedure will be as below:
1. Buyer & Seller Sign a?nd Seal the Contract and exchange the
Sign copy by electronic mail. The electronic Signed copy by
both parties is considered Legally binding and enforceable.
2. Buyer or Buyer\'s Representative confirm the Quantity at sight
and the Quantity/Quality based on the Bureau Veritas Reports and
engage the payment of *5% Letter of Credit to seller\'s Bank.
3. 5% balance payment will performed, when the buyer closes his own
quantity Check.
Our price are Negotiatable, as we want a continuous business with
genuine buyer as we are End seller and Mining Company,
