ALMAX****0 (DISTILLED MONO-, DIGLYCERIDE) 

ALMAX****0 consist of mono-, diester of fatty acid and glycerine
Glycerine, part of hydrophilic group and fatty acid, part of lipophilic group is ester reacted to produce Glycerine fatty acid ester. This product is widely used in many fields and is used the most as a emulsifier.

APPLICATIONS
Bakery and pastry product.
Coffee whitener, butter and other spreads.
Improves shape and extends shelf life of the products

DOSAGE
Ice cream : 0.3 - 0.5%
Bread : 0.3 - 1.0%
Whipping gels : 0.2 - 0.5%
Caramel : 0.2 - 0.5%
Table margarine : 0.2 - 0.4%

PACKAGING & HANDLING
*0kg paper bags with one inner polyethylene bag.
Store under normal, cool dry warehouse condition away from open flames, sparks, heat or strong oxidants. Seal container when not in use.
