I.A. PROCEDURE F.O.B.
1. After receiving Buyers ICPO, Seller issues signed Commercial Invoice to Buyer.
∙ Buyer returns the signed Commercial Invoice to Seller with TSA
∙ Seller notarizes the signed CI and sends copy (in PDF) to Buyer
∙ Seller sends Export License to Buyer
2. Seller issues the following PPOP documents to the Buyer:
∙ Certificate of Origin;
∙ Commitment to Supply;
∙ Statement of Availability of Product
∙ Authorization to Verify
∙ Authorization to Sell and Collect
∙ Accreditation certificate
∙ Product Allocation Certificate
∙ Product Passport
∙ Tank Storage Receipt/Reservoir Receipt (Coordinates redacted for assurance purposes)
∙ Notice of Readiness;
∙ D.T.A. LETTER FORMAT, to be endorsed by the Buyers Tank farm [ see EXPLANATION 1 & EXPLANATION 2 below the procedures]
3. Buyer sends copy of endorsed DTA LETTER FORMAT to the Seller within *8hrs.
∙ Buyer conduct SGS at buyers expense in Sellers Tank
∙ Seller begins injection of product into Buyers Tank
4. Buyer and Seller sign 1 year Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA)
∙ Buyer pays for product via MT **3
∙ Intermediary parties/agents are settled per NCNDA/IMFPA
5. Seller issues title change/transfer of full POP to Buyer
[ EXPLANATION 1 - This DTA LETTER FORMAT is sent to the buyer and asks the details of the buyers tanks to be provided by the buyers storage company. In this way the seller can confirm with the buyers storage company that the buyer has tanks paid and prepared for injection immediately after the DIP-TEST.
[ EXPLANATION 2 - First seller sends the DTA LETTER FORMAT to the buyer, buyers tank-farm endorses/gives necessary details. Buyer submits DTA LETTER FORMAT back to the seller. Then seller gives the necessary details about the tanks in which the product is stored for the buyer to submit to their designated inspection company, in order to conduct the DIP-TEST/Q&Q. ]
[ NOTE: THIS SELLER AGREES TO WORK ONLY WITH STORAGE COMPANIES OF THE BUYERS CHOICE WHICH HAVE AN OFFICE IN RUSSIA. ]
II.A. PROCEDURE F.O.B. ROTTERDAM/HOUSTON/ RUSSIAN PORT
1. Buyer issues CP and ICPO.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice, Buyer signs and Returns back to seller, along with Buyers Leased Tank Storage Agreement for minimum of 4 days with ATV.
3.Seller verify and approve buyer tanks farm by requesting for invoice for 4 days for payment remittance ,Seller leases the Buyer\'s tank for 2 days only and provide buyer with payment slip with NOR (Notice of Readiness) to confirm the payment with their tank farm
3. Within *8 hours buyer pays the remaining 2days and provide seller with the TSR,ATI,NOR from their tank farm
4. Seller issue injection schedule to Commence the Injection of the product of the First Month Shipment Quantity from the Refinery storage Reservoir through the Pipeline into the lease storage tanks in port of Loading or Tank to Tank.
5. Upon the completion of the injection seller issues DTA to Buyer, Buyer inspects product with SGS Agent Seller issues Authority to Sell and Collect/ATSC to Buyer.
6. After Buyers Successful Q&Q Dip Test on the product, Buyer makes the payment for the Total Value of the Product via MT***- TT.
7. Upon Seller Receiving the Payment for the Product from the Buyer, Seller issues to Buyer the Title Ownership of the product and all Exportation Document of the product.
8. Buyer lifts the product with its vessel tanker. Seller pays all Intermediaries involved in the transaction and send SPA to buyer for one year subsequently monthly shipments continue as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.
II.B. PROCEDURE CIF ASWP
1. Buyer issue ICPO to seller along with companys registration certificate and company profile.
2. Seller issues Draft commercial invoice which is opened for amendments
3. Buyer endorses the CI and provides seller the CPA for verification and approval
4. Seller verify the shipping company and confirm the company to the buyer 5. Seller and buyer jointly sign the CPA and pay the shipping cost to enable seller inject the product into the vessel for shipment.
6. Seller issue to the buyer all shipping and exportation pop document.
7. Upon the successful injection of the product seller issue the buyer DTA to conduct dip test 8. Buyer conduct dip test on the vessel seller ship the product, upon the arrival of the vessel to the buyer destination port the buyer immediately release the payment to the seller via MT**3.
9. Seller pays all commission to everyone involve and sign one year contract with the buyer.

[ NOTE 2: FOB PROCEDURE - IT IS RECOMMENDED THE BUYER HAS TANKS PREPAID TOTAL FOR UP TO ****0 DAYS TO FINISH THE TRANSACTION SMOOTHLY DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF THE PRODUCT. ]
