Description

Specialized in making high temperature resistant alloy steel pipes and steel castings for rotary kilns.

Material enters from the kiln tail (the high-end of shell) into the rotary kiln for calcining. Due to the effect of tilting and slow rotation of the shell, the material rotates along circumferential direction and moves along the axial direction (from high end to low end) mobile, to continue to complete the process and finally to generate the clinker which enters from kiln head hood into the cooler for cooling.
Fuel is injected from the kiln head into the furnace; exhaust gas from combustion is vented from the kiln tail after exchange with material.
