ZN-500 for Alkaline Cyanide-Free Zinc Plating
 
 
SPECIFIC PROPERTIES：
  • It is a concentrated, multiple polyamine blend that produces a brilliantly bright deposit from alkaline cyanide-free plating solutions.
  • It can be operated over a wide zinc metal range of 5.5-26.0g/L.
  • It produces extremely ductile deposits even with thickness in excess of 1.25mil (31.75 microns)..
  • It is a high temperature process capable of plating bright, decorative work at temperature of 52℃+
  • It has an excellent low current density covering and throwing powder, and is especially good for rack plating parts with deep recessed such as fittings, tubes or computer chassis.
  • It is extremely tolerant to trace contaminants such as calcium, magnesium, lead, cadmium, iron, and chromium, which enter the plating bath via maintenance additions of caustic soda, tap water, zinc metal replenishment and drag-in from the pre-plate processes.
  • It is ideal for both low current density barrel plating and wide range of current densities encountered with rack plating.
  • The deposits readily accept conventional chromate post plate treatments normally used in bright zinc plating.
