Description

1) Well-adapted to raw material：using methanol without impurities of sulfur and aromatics as the basic material,  by reacting methylal and paraformaldehyde to produce DMM**8.

2)Low raw material cost：the consumption of methanol is 1.*4 ton per ton of DMM**8, and the intermediate materials can be recycled.

3) High quality product：There is no formaldehyde and DMM2 detected in DMM**8 product, and the flash point is *6~*0℃.

4)Mature process, low investment：mild reaction conditions, non-corrosive the catalyst, simple separation technology and low requirements on materials for making equipment.

5)Large-scale facilities：capacity of single patented reactor can be *0,**0 t/a, or **0,**0 t/a.

6）Green process：low waste, especially waste water.

7）Flexible operating procedure：Products from each production unit can be sold separately, especially paraformaldehyde with low degree of polymerization.
