Gellan Gum FG is type of Gellan Gum that mainly used for suspending
purpose.Gellan Gum FG is natural occurred biopolymer produced by
carbohydrate fermentation with Pseudomonas elodea.It is white or
creamy white powder.It is used as excellent suspending agent,
stabilizer, thickener, rheology controller, etc in various food
& beverages, cosmetic, pharmaceutical medical , etc.
