 Domestic mold steel Cr*2Mo1V1 is internationally widely used high carbon high chromium cold work die steel, is a kind of ledeburite steel, with high hardenability, hardenability and high wear resistance; high temperature oxidation resistance, anti rust ability of quenching and polishing, small distortion of heat treatment. Cr*2Mo1V1 should be in manufacturing all kinds of high precision, long life of cold working dies, cutting tools and measuring tools, such as: punching die, the complex shape of the cold extruding die, rolling wheels, thread rolling wheel, cold shear knife and precision measuring tools.



Hardening
Harden from a temperature of ********0;C followed by oil, warm bath (******0;C), cooling bath or air. Hardness after quenching is ****4 HRC.
