Description

Sizewax LM–*6 is a general purpose wax manufactured from tallow in **0% solids form. Sizewax LM–*6 is suitable for Fine, Medium to Coarse Counts Yarn of **0% Cotton, T/C, or T/R and its Blends. Sizewax LM–*6 is generally applied to surface lubrication where high amounts of “hairs” are found from coarse count, medium and fine counts of yarn which normally lower the weaving efficiency.  Sizewax LM–*6 is an additive generally used at 0.2 – 0.5% on the weight of warp to give the final touch to sized yarn for better coverage of hairs.

Product Compatibility:
Sizewax LM–*6 is compatible with most sizing chemicals using in the sizing solution, the product contains Hydrogenated tallow and vegetable oils formulated for lubrication of yarns only.

Cooking Application:
Sizewax LM–*6 should be added at 5 – 9% to weight of formula base depending on fabric style.  
Afterwax Application:
Sizewax LM–*6 is normally applied at 0.5% based on the weight of warp.  Optimum add-on of Sizewax LM–*6 will vary according to the need of individual customers.
