One Component Polyurethane Adhesive (PU Binder) 
Features: 
Made from POP and MDI, our PU binder is professionally used for running track and sports court, and it has highly adhesiveness to EPDM rubber granules, also has the characteristic of good fastness to weather, durability, non-toxic and so on. After cured, it has highly elasticity and tenacity. 
1. Weather fastness, durability, high adhesiveness, non-toxic, good elasticity 
2.Tenacity oil rub resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistant, pollution-free, properties stable 
3. Irritative outdoor free 

Color: hyaline faint yellow 

Mix Ratio: single type 

Job practice: Comprehensive mixed with EPDM rubber granules 

Announcements: 
1. Do not add diluent or filler at will for it is moisture-cured single part adhesive. The volume of the mixture depends on the weather condition and the left materials should be seal saved. 
2. EPDM granules and PU binder should be stirred well according to the exact ratio. 
3. Practice temperature is ***0degrees centigrade, curing time is mainly depend on the temperature and humidity. The higher temperature is, the faster the mixture cures. If the temperature is very low, we advice add 0.**0.3% catalytic agent in the mixture. 
The EPDM rubber granules should be up to standard.

Direction for Use: 
PU bond is AB two component glue specially used for splicing prefabricated rubber running track, rubber mats, artificial grass, after sufficient chemical reaction between material A and material B, a bond was formed steadily enabling prefabricated rubber running track, rubber mats, artificial grass reap a best adherence effect. 

Characteristics: 
Strong viscosity, appropriate spread, easy-to-operate, a good water-proof and weather-proof, stable function. 

Using method: 
1. No need to weigh when using, what one shall do is just to directly put the raw material from small barrel into the big one. 
2. Mix the two components in accordance with the determined ratio(A: B=4: 1), evenly pour it onto the adhesive belt after fully mixing. 

Matters need Attention: 
1. Sufficiently and evenly mix them with correct proportion 
2. Run through the raw material within 1 hour 
3. Keep container completely sealed, and store it in the place where with a sound ventilation condition, keep far away from the fire source and moisture
