Description

These Antistreptolysin-O Test Kit (Immunoturbidimetric Latex Assay), ASO is a quantitative turbidimetric test for the measurement of ASO in human serum or plasma.
Anti-human ASO antigen which was coated in polystyrene particles when mixed with samples containing  atistreptolysin-O, form insoluble complexes.  This complex results in turbidity which will expand with coated polystyrene particles ,  the turbidity is proportional to the ASO concentration in the sample. A-muti-level calibration curve is used to determine the antistreptolysin-O. For in vitro diagnostic use only.【Performance characteristics】
