We can supply Iron ore fines from USA *0,**0WMT (+/- 5%) is a trial purchase for evaluation of the iron oreconcentrates. 
Should the80,**0WMT trial purchase be completed to the satisfaction of both Buyer and Seller, the time period of this Agreement will continue for *2 months with a minimum quantity of *0,**0 +/- 5% WMT per month with the option by Buyer and Seller to mutually agree to Rolls and Extensions for additional *2 month periods for80,**0WMT minimum shipment quantities per month. 
At any time, during the initial *2 month Agreement period, Buyer and Seller agree to have discussions for potentially increasing the minimum quantity of iron ore fines shipments per month whether by container, or barge. 
Terms and Quantity of this Section 1 for such increased quantities per month shall be negotiated at the time these discussions occur between Buyer and Seller.  Options for Buyer and Seller to mutually agree to Rolls and Extensions will also apply to such increased quantities.
