Description

The quartz tube heater is a electric heater made through putting the heating wire in a quartz tube in both ends with silicone rubber sealing or ceramic cap sealing. The tube possesses the far infrared radiation function, compared to other heater components. It has good characteristic of spectrum matching absorption. The radiation performance will not retrograde after being used for long time. The tube has high conversion efficiency and can be heated up fast with small heat inertia, high temperature, corrosion prevention, steady thermochemistry performance, long service period, good insulation, especially used in the products which are frequent on/off. The two ends of the tube are sealed by rubber caps or ceramics caps.
