Description

Typical Application:
1.Widely applied in fabrication of blanking die, punching die, bending die and burnishing die with the thickness of not more than 8mm 
2. Also widely applied in fabrication of gauges, measuring tools, woodwork cutters and lathe thimble, etc 
3.Also widely applied in fabrication of guiding bush, thimble, screwing dies and taps, etc
 Heat Treatment:
Soft Annealing: protect the steel and heat through to **0?, then cool in the furnace at *5? per hour to **0?, then freely in air.
Annealing: at **0?***0? Cool slowly in furnace
Stress Relieving: approx.**0? Cool slowly to **0? then freely in air
Hardening: preheating temperature should be **0?***0?
