Description

Ammonium polyphosphate (Phase II) is a non-halogen flame retardant. It acts as flame retardant by intumescence mechanism.

JLS-APP may be mostly used in intumescent coating, polyurethane foam and cellulose (for example: paper and wood). 
Because of its high heat stability, JLS-APP is an essential component in intumescent formulations for thermoplastics, particularly polyolefine.
