Fe Content: In respect of any shipment of Iron Ore which does not meet any of the
Fe specifications as set forth in this Contract, the Base Price referred to shall in
accordance with Fe content as determined pursuant to the provisions as follows:
Price Basis: The Base Price shall be *2.*0% Minimum Fe for Iron Ore within size
specifications per DMT Basis
 
Bonus/Penalty: The base price shall be increased by US $1.*0 for each 1% Fe
above *3%, fractions pro rata, with no upper limit for Fe content. Reduction by $1.*0
for each 1% Fe below *2%. Rejection: The Buyer may reject if the Fe content is
below *2%.
Contract Length: *2 consequtive months with possible rolls and extensions.
 
Time of Shipment: Bulk: First shipment in *5 days from contract execution and
lodging of DLC and 2% PB
 
Inspection: Quality and quantity determined and certified by SGS or AHK at seller’s
expense at port of loading. A result of Certificate of Analysis takes ****2 days to
provide certification. Results of SGS or AHK final.
 
DeparturePort: Lazaro Cárdenas, Michoacán or Manzanillo, Colima Port.
