Overview:
 The brand
“Liduo†compound printing paste: It regards the unique natural
plant and high performance carboxymethyl starch (CMS) which are
produced in Gansu sub-plateau and semiarid region as the main
material. We employ the innovation technology and patent equipment
to produce the new generation of green printing auxiliary. It is
also the ideal product to replace the sodium alginate in the
textile printing industry. This printing paste has not only the
advantages of high yield of forming thickening agent, but also good
rheological properties, thixotropy, holding water capacity,
screening, dilution resistance, alkali and salt resistance. It also
overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional sodium alginate
printing paste in the printing process such as the low color yield
and brilliance, bad screening and short retention time of the
original paste. The performance/price ratio of this paste is much
higher than the sodium alginate and it is the most advanced
printing paste products at present.This innovation technology and products have also
already passed through the Gansu Province Technological
Achievements Acceptance and the Gansu Province New Product

Applicable
fabrics: TQHY*1 compound printing paste is applicable to middle
high cellulose fiber fabrics. TQHY*2 compound printing paste is

Directions:
1.     It
has the same usage method with the sodium alginate pastes, there is
no need to be changed.
2.     Put
the sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, reserve salt-S, urea
directly into the cold water which was soften by sodium
hexametaphosphate. When it is blended and fully dissolved, Sprinkle
the printing paste into the water (***0 r/min, *0min). The original
paste is made while the paste is dissolved
completely.
3.     Place
the original paste should for ***2 hours, and then strain over the
dye liquor, mix uniformly to use in the screening
machine.
4.     Add
****0% sodium alginate when apply TQHY*2 compound printing paste to
the middle high cellulose fiber fabrics.
Cautions:
1.     According
to the different techniques and fabrics, adjust the usage
proportion of the printing paste to use in the screening
machine.
2.     Aiming
at the different techniques and fabrics, adjust the usage of
auxiliary agent.
3.     Take
advice to use the plastic or stainless steel bucket to beat,
because the viscosity of the paste decreases when adding metal ion
Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe2+, etc.
4.     Use
the water to dissolve the dye liquor (the temperature must be *0oC
below), and strain over the original paste. Because the viscosity
of the printing paste decreases when the original paste and color
paste are heated by the hot water.
5.     The
color paste should be used on that day and not be suitable for
storage over long period.
