Steel-aluminium conductors are composed of aluminium wires
of the minimum content of Al equalling *9,5% according to
PN-EN *****2:***1 and core is made of a galvanized steel
wire or wires available in class S1, S2 or S3.
Aluminium wires stranded around the core form an external
layer or layers of the conductor.
Adjoining layers are stranded in contrary directions to each
in such a way that the direction of the strand in external
layer is “right-handed”.
They are made according to the Polish Standards
PN**4/E*****3, PN-IEC ***9, PN-EN ****2 or foreign
standards BS **5 Part 2, DIN-EN ****2, ASTM B **2,
GOST *****0 and other at client’s request. Performance
according to PN-IEC ***9 standard available in class
A1/S1 A, A1/S2 A and other (higher mechanical
parameters). The technological process is carried out on
modern slip drawing machines, as well as on tubular and
cage stranding machines.

Our products are used in the railway, power and automotive
industries, and the company’s contracting parties include
both foreign and domestic customers, among others: from
the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Lithuania,
Latvia, Bulgaria, Romania, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
We manufacture products according to the Polish and
foreign standards: PN, IEC, DIN, BS, GOST, ASTM and others.
We constantly extend the assortment. The high quality of
our products and services is confirmed by the certificates
we have obtained, among others: EN ISO ***1:***8 issued
by TÜV NORD GmbH and acceptability certificates, such as
the certificate of NTK (Centrum Naukowo Techniczne – Technical
and Research Centre) and certificates of the Railway
Institute. To improve our production and administrative
processes we have introduced Lean Manufacturing. By the
entry in the Register of Cleaner Production we confirm using
a Strategy within Environmental Management System.
Our own technological laboratory works on electric and
mechanical examinations of the finished product according
to the external and company standards.
Thanks to a large machine park we do not only make
products with a wide range of standard sizes, but also
with niche and unusual specifications – at the special
request of the customer.
This is possible due to usage – a range of production
machinery:
• single-block, multi-block, slip and non-slip drawing
machines for aluminium, copper and their alloys
• carriage drawing machines
• cage, tubular and planetary stranding machines for copper
and aluminium
• Conform-type line for wires and copper profiles
• lines for insulation of flat wires
• extruder line for isolation of cores
• furnaces for heat treatment of copper and aluminium
• press for extruding copper profiles
Having our own tool section we are able to prepare any
tools needed for production, which reduces the order delivery
time.
