Product Description:
Stratum cleaning agent (SCA) is composed by organic solvent,
surfactant and other organic ingredients, capable of cleaning,
dissolving, dispersing in synergy, working well to wax, asphaltum
colloid and other oils among other applications. It dual-role in
dewaxing and wax-control is applied to clear the sediment of
wax/colloid/asphaltene in the well and gathering line of crude oil
in a quick manner and high saturation point, as well preventing wax
deposit and prolongs the period between well-flushing.

Application:
1. Shaft flushing: paraffin deposit forms during the product
of high pour-point oil and frequent dewaxing obstruct normal
operation. This additive brings good cleaning effect and easy
operation and its unique cleaning effect targets the refractive
deposit on the pipe wall.
2. Stratum flushing/unclogging: due to the pre-flushing for
acidification and anti-swelling. The complete contact of the acid
with the stratum promotes better anti-swelling effect, thus used
for pre-flushing of plastic sieve tube for sand protection, and
also used for cleaning/dewaxing of the oil-water well in terms of
wax deposit and oil clogging.
Usage:
1. For shaft flushing: mixed with oil at 0.**5%, cycling the
shaft and oil pipe.
2. Dewax/unclog the stratum: inject the agent from the pipe to
the stratum.
3. Oil line dewax: pump the agent by cementing truck for a
reaction and immersion for **8 hours.
Notice for packaging, handling and Storage:
1. Packaged in clean iron barrel, net weight **0kg, or as
required by the client.
2. Careful handling; storied in dark, cool and ventilated
place away from fire.
3. Maximum storage for *2 months.
