Choline chloride belongs to vitamin B family, it's a water soluble
vitamin indispensable for animal growth and plays an important role
in animal body. Choline chloride is a main component to constitute
lecithin, sphingomyelin (taking up *0%**0% phospholipid composition
in the body) and acetylcholine, which can establish and maintain
cell membrane structure, promote fat metabolism to prevent fatty
liver and is important to pulse conduction of brain and nerve
tissue. As a major methyl donor, it could facilitate methionine
conversion,metabolism and animal growth. Choline can also promote
liver, kidney and fat metabolism, and is the basis of synthetizing
acetylcholine which affects transmission of nerve signals. Besides,
it's one of the main source needed for vivo methionine to
synthetize methyl. Many foods contain natural choline, but the
