I. Description of SPC
Sodium
Percarbonate (Synonyms: Sodium Carbonate Peroxyhydrate, sodium
carbonate peroxide, PCS) is a free-flowing powder with a common
name of solid hydrogen peroxide, it is an addition compound of
sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide. Percarbonate has an active
available oxygen content which is equivalent to *7.5% H2O2. It
breaks down to oxygen, water and sodium carbonate upon
decomposition. It's an environmentally safe bleaching agent. Sodium
Percarbonate can be mixed with one of the compounds containing
polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and copper, ferrum, cobalt, manganese, and
so on. In emergence, adding some water to this mixture, oxygen will
be released in a ready and large quantity way.
II. Application of SPC
Sodium
Percarbonate offers many of the same functional benefits as liquid
hydrogen peroxide. It dissolves into water rapidly to release
oxygen and provides powerful cleaning, bleaching, stain removal and
deodorizing capabilities. As Sodium Percarbonate is a kind of new
high effective bleaching raw material for detergent, with advantage
of no odor, no toxin, and no pollution. Due to the bleaching
capacity of active oxygen released into the water, Sodium
Percarbonate shows well performance. Sodium Percarbonate also is
one disinfecting agent, it can kill coliform, staphylokinase,
hepatitis bacterium and so on, therefore, it is used as defecting
agent in Hospital, Public Place, and to disinfected Medical
Instrument, False Teeth, Fruit tools and Fruit and so on. Along
with the development of aquiculture, usages of Sodium Percarbonate
in such domains are increasing. Many detergent manufacturers home
and abroad have being adopted Sodium Percarbonate as bleaching raw
material instead of Sodium perborate or others.

IV. Storage
Storage
in dry clean, well- ventilated condition, the warehouse temperature
under *0? (**4?) . Keep away from moisture and raining. Protect
from direct sunlight. Keep away from heat sources Keep away from
reactive products (see section *0).Store in vented
containers.
V. Instruction of Use
Clean
and dry process piping and equipment before using this product.
Never return unused product to original storage container. Keep
away from incompatible products. Containers and equipment used to
handle the product should be used exclusively for that product.
Avoid any contact with water or humidity. For more information,
consult the supplier.
VI. First-aid
Measures?General Recommendations:
Do not dye soiled clothing near an open flame or incandescent heat
source.
?Inhalation:Remove the subject from dusty environment.
Consult with a physician in case of respiratory symptoms.
?Eye contact:Flush eyes with running water for *5 minutes,
while keeping the eyelids wide opened. Consult with an
ophthalmologist in all cases.
?Skin contact:Remove contaminated shoes, socks and clothing;
wash the affected skin with running water. Clean clothing. Consult
a physician in case of persistent pain or redness.
?Ingestion:Consult with a physician in all cases If the
subject is completely conscious, rinse mouth and administer fresh
water. Don’t induce vomiting. If the subject is unconscious, loosen
collar and tight clothing, lay the victim on his/her left side,
give nothing by mouth. Keep warm with blanket. Don’t induce
vomiting.
