Properties:
Granules are in light yellow and come in cylinder and round shape, with slight
fragrance. They absorb moisture easily and are easily decomposed by microbes.
They are anti static. The processing temperature of them is lower than that of
conventional plastic. They are easily colored. Such resin can be processed
alone into finish products without adding any other polyolefin materials.
Application:
Injection molding grade:
All kinds of injection molded products, like tableware, food tray, plates,
drinking cups, plant nursery pots, disposable tableware, etc. This resin
can be directly molded into finish products. Its melt flow rate is high. So
it is suitable to make all kinds of containers, like plant nursery pots and
bowls, soya bean curd trays, agricultural pesticide bottles, shampoo and
shower gel bottles, straws, toys, packaging boxes and all sorts of
disposable containers.
Film blowing grade:
For all sorts of anti static packing purposes, e.g. electronic product
packaging, car interior covering film, electrical appliance packaging,
agricultural mulch film, shopping bags, Tshirt bags, document folders,
filter bags, storage bags, bin bags, tear on roll bags, disposable gloves,
table cloths, aprons and rain coats, etc.
Foam grade:
These resins may be used to produce varioussoft foam products, such
as foam boards, foam net, foam structure materials, enhanced
polyethylene, fruit packing mesh bag, amorphous shock absorbing
material, insoles, shoe lining, beach slipper, and disposable packaging
material like EPE foaming cloth, etc.
