Pluscare-DI stabilized peroxide solutions are being applied in
successfully medium and high consistency bleaching of thermo
mechanical pulp(TMP), producing pulp of high brightness and
improved mechanical properties.
With the use of Pluscare-DI, as peroxide stabilizer silicate can be
omitted from the bleaching formulation, thus eliminating the
problem of silicate scaling of equipment and minute residual
silicate deposits on the pulp fibers.
Some characters of Pluscare-DI are as follows:
-Deflocculation : the ability to disperse solid particles.
-Sequestration : the ability to complex metal ions at
stoichiometric concentrations.
-Scale inhibition : the inhibition of precipitation of typical
scalants at substoichiometric inhibitor concentrations
