1. Parties sign NCNDA and comission agreement
2. Buyer issues ICPO and Corporate Profile for DD (Seller will
provide ICPO Template).
3. Seller issues contract for execution reflecting terms of
ICPO.
4. Buyer executes Contract and returns to Seller and delivers
Conditional Payment Commitment via pre-advice of Pre-Advice MT**3
(To be activated upon verification of full product document product
document package). Seller's bank will conduct due diligence.
5. Seller provides (within 3 - 5 business days) complete verifiable
product document package including, but not limited to signed
commercial invoice, Bill of Lading, vessel Q*8, insurance, SGS
quality-quantity loading certificate (current) Certificate of
Origin, vessel manifest.
6. Buyer verifies document package, cargo and releases funds for
payment within 3 business days of receipt of the package.
7. Transaction is complete with exchange of title and typical
closing documents.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyer's bank will contact Seller's bank at Step number
4, above, to confirm that the bank is aware of the transaction,
have a copy of the agreed upon Contract, and that they are awaiting
the Buyer's Pre-advice.
NOTE ALSO: Buyer will receive a Commercial Invoice and MAY DIP THE
FUEL as it is placed on board the shipping vessel. Therefore, this
transaction is the equivalent of a "DIP AND PAY" transaction in so
far as the buyer will have full proof of product before their
payment instrument is activated. The seller will assist the Buyer
in reviewing the SGS and other transactional documents. Payment,
however, is expected once the Q & Q, SGS, etc., is completed.
In order to move forward, after complete signing the NCNDA and
Commission agreement will be needed to complete the following:
1. The seller will need the full name of the entity buying with
full contact details, including address, phone, fax, email and
website (if applicable).
2. Corporate Profile if available.
3. Confirmation of the name of the Signatory, along with their
title (May have been provided in #2 above)
