Swallowed
The material is moderately discomforting to the gastro-intestinal tract and may be harmful if
swallowed in large quantity. Ingestion of anionic surfactants may produce diarrhoea, bloated stomach, and occasional vomiting.
Eye
The dust may produce eye discomfort causing smarting, pain or redness. Direct eye contact with some anionic surfactants in high concentration can cause severe damage to the cornea.
Skin
