Integral Frame
Frick ***0 Series Penstock has an integral frame. We use advanced
mechanical equipment to make the frame try to be made by only a few
piece steel to reduce the welding, which makes the frames look more
beautiful and also become more stability.
Quiet
We use POM as gate guilder to ensure the penstock can be opened or
closed very freely, also the gate will not meet the frame in
whatever positions, which make the products service with no
noise.
Seal
***0 Series Penstocks have qualified seal performance in
bi-directions at a max. Water's head 4m. For bigger head
application, please contact Frick Engineer.

Structure:
Four faces seal in bi-directions
The rubber seal designed to a rectangle, and also has a same shape,
which ensures our penstock qualified seal in four faces.
Because the rubber seal has a special structure, our penstock can
be sealed in bi-directions at a max. Water's head 4m.
Ideal Flow Characteristic
When opening our penstock, there're always 3 faces are sealed by
the rubber, which ensures our products have very good flow
characteristic, can be used for modulating applications.
Easy Installation
***0 Series Penstock can be wall mounted or channel mounted.
Because we use removable claws for installation, our products can
be easily installed with stainless steel anchor.
Operation:
Handwheel
Thanks to our advantage design, our products can be operated by
handwheel very freely. Our penstocks can also be operated by gear
boxes if required.
Electrical Atuator
When we use electrical actuators to operate our penstocks, we can
install the penstock separately from electrical actuator.
Our standard design for the electrical actuator: FRICK, AUMA,
ROTORK, ZPA. =
Cylinder operation
