Production
Introduction
H***9 compound additives to
ashless AW hydraulic oil is the latest type compound additive
developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing for
replacement of imported products of the same kind. It can be used
to prepare high pressure ashless AW hydraulic oil of high grade
with its addition amount of 0.6% to 0.8% (anti-foam agent be added
additionally). It can be added into paraffin grade high viscosity
neutral oil (HVIS and HVIW) to prepare products of N*2, N*6, N*8
and N**0 viscosity grades. Though the lab physical and chemical
properties and high pressure pump rig test, its quality conforms to
the national standard GB****8.***4 L-HM: Quality Standard for
Mineral Oil Type Excellent Hydraulic Fluid and reaches the
requirements as specified in DENISON HF*0 specification of the
United States, it is also in line with the requirements as
specified in ISO*******7, vickers
m*****-sDIN****4(â…¡) as well
as Cincinnati Milacron P**8 P**9 P**0, attaining the advanced level
of current international products of the same kind.
Properties and
purpose
As the product does not contain
Zinc and other, metals and has excellent high pressure EP/AW
property and thermal oxidization stability, the AW hydraulic oil
prepared with it mainly finds its use in the hydraulic system with
over *0.0Mpa at the plunger pump and *4.0 to *7.5Mpa pressure at
the vane pump; it is an ideal motor transmission medium,
extensively applied in metallurgy, plastic, mine and heavy duty
engineering mechanical equipment such as in the hydraulic system of
the truck loader, the excavater, the tilting car, the forming
machine and the pressing machine. It can also extend its service
life by reducing the mechanical wear of the hydraulic machinery and
improve its economic benefits by lowering oil consumption and
cost.
