Woven mesh gabion boxes are hexagonal and
double-twisted wire-mesh structures.cutting into pieces and then
connect the mesh into box .In order to strengthen the box
structure ,we usually insert diaphragms into into the box every
meter ,dividing the box into chambers It has Firm structure, easy
to bend with topography,and strong prevent corrosion with
alvanized ,Zn/Al alloy or PVC coating
The wire used for making the
boxes is thickly plated mild steel. The gabion units are delivered
to the site flat-packed.
The double-twisted mesh connections of the woven mesh prevent from
coming apart if the wire is cut or snaped, in each case, the
location of the fault is restricted to the neighbouring areas. The
units are attached to each other when using stitching wire and/or
staples.
