proteins in neutral environment.It
can hydrolyze the proteins to produce polypeptides and amino
acids.Neutral
protease can be used in leather denuding and tanning, recycling
used filmstrip, hydrolyzing animal and vegetable proteins, and used
in fabric and pharmaceutical in industry.

Storage**-With the best efforts to avoid insolation and high
